In January 2020, Devonshire Construction was chosen by the Los Angeles County Development Authority as the winning submission in two proposal categories for “A Demonstration Project Fast-Track Housing Supply.” Alongside JFAK Architects and Plant Prefab, the Devonshire team developed two concept designs for LA County prefabricated housing and tiny home communities for those experiencing homelessness, low-income individuals and families, and all others in need of affordable housing.
